If you use BTD already, MCA will not be a problem, it will just be that new features have been made available but the general look and feel and function of the site is pretty much the same. We have made sure the architecture is not complicated.

Frankly this is a tough one to answer but this depends on what you want. If you are a small startup with low funds, we will encourage you to use BTD as it is free and will run your business professionally to improve growth.

If you have a profitable forwarding business and you would like to offer more professional documentation to your customers and staff, then MCA is perfect.

If you are an established forwarder with high number of customers and activity and would like the whole system with additional features and functions then move to MCA Pro.

A customer is the freight forwader's customer. This is a business or an individual that uses the freight forwarder's servces. In BTD and MCA, the forwarder will have to create this account for it's internal records and then run all the functions of BTD which sends alerts by email and SMS to the customer.

They are both great billing systems offered by all the versions from BTD to MCA Pro, the difference is in the way courier invoice is automated for calculating freight charges by destination in kilos(including volumetric weight) and CBM for sea freight charges.

The customised invoice is more manually inputted though it will calculate what you inputted . It is more flexible to generate on the go. Both of them will come with the same outcome.

Yes, we do not share your data with any third party, we will do our part and you will do yours to keep your data secured. You can download most of the vital data in csv format from the forwarder's account area just above the activity that keeps record. We strongly encourage this download at least once a week.

With BTD only, the only reason is that your account is undergoing review for manual approval which usually takes 24hrs or shorter. The features are available again once your account has been approved.

For MCA the features are immediatley available after subscription and will not be available with missed monthly payment.

MCA Pro price is based soley on the requirements of the intending licence holder. It is costed per business licence holder. The licence will not work on other domains .
