1. Is BTD actually free?
Book Track Deliver (BTD) is completely free and hosted by us. We want you to enjoy it for free , we only ask that you rate us.
BTD does have optional SMS function that sends SMS alerts the same as email for actions like billing, tracking etc. It is optional and will not affect the smooth function of the site. Contact admin to purchase or click the buy button in your account to top up SMS.
2. Will MCA be free someday?
We wish so but unfortunately we have a full team developing and maintaining this behind the scene and they need to be paid. Think of thousands of pounds MCA will save you if you have to develope and maintain similar software.
3. What is MCA Pro?
MCA Pro is a stand alone version of MCA with more features. You can buy one domain licence from us and you get full package to run on your own server and do as you like as long as it is within our licence agreement. You also get a free installation and training .
4. Does BTD and MCA have customer accounts?
Yes you can create a customer account with full details and use in the backend, customer will usually receieve all details the need by email and text , but there is no frontend login for the customer. MCA Pro offers that bit where a customer can access their account and perform functions.
5. Do we get training and support?
Yes all our software get full training and support, technically we will support any new user till the get a hand of it. For BTD and MCA , there and video manuals and documentations. For MCA Pro, we have a dedicated one on one training and support for 1 month and after that it will be billed for per session. However, general support regarding technical problems and feature request can still be sent through to us for immediate solution.
6. What happens to my data?
Your data is all yours and can be downloaded anytime through your account in csv. Our job is simply to facilitate the growth of your business by providing the vital solutions needed. None of your data will be shared with any third party. Please see our privacy policy here .
