2. Free Trial & Service Plans

  • 14-Day Free Trial: Access to the Service begins with a 14-day free trial period starting from the date of registration.
  • Paid Plans: Following the conclusion of your 14-day trial, continued access to the Service requires subscription to a paid plan. A service charge will be billed automatically based on your chosen plan and billing cycle.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to select a plan or complete payment upon the expiration of your trial will result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.


3. Account Security & User Responsibility

  • Account Credentials: Freight agents and account holders are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and access tokens.
  • Security Lapses: You are solely responsible for all activities, actions, and security breaches that occur under your account.
  • Hacking & Unauthorized Access: mycargoagent.com and Master Digital Services Ltd shall not be held liable for any hacking attempts, unauthorized access, or security compromises on an individual account caused by a lapse in security, negligence, or weak password management on the part of the freight agent or their authorized users.


4. Data Ownership & Backup Responsibility

  • Data Responsibility: While we implement robust safeguards to protect platform data, freight agents are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all their operational data, client information, transactions, and documents imported into or processed by the Service.


5. Service Availability (Uptime)

  • Uptime Target: We aim to provide a reliable platform and will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service.
  • No Guarantee: The 99.9% uptime target is not a guarantee. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Scheduled maintenance, critical infrastructure updates, network disruptions, or factors beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary downtime


6. General Use & Acceptable Behaviour

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable transport, logistics, or data regulation laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the integrity of the mycargoagent.com platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the performance of servers or networks connected to the Service.
