1. What does this system do?
It is simply a freight forwaders business management tool that is designed to ease operations and help increase the productivity of the freight business and at the same time helps improve it's professional image.

2. What is BTD and MCA as mentioned ?
BTD and MCA are basically the same thing, with MCA having extra features and also a commercial version of BTD. A business can basically run on BTD which is free or decide to switch to MCA /MCA Pro for more advanced features. See pricing for details. BTD stands for Book Track Deliver and MCA stands for My Cargo Agent. They are both hosted platforms, meaning we take care of hosting , development and maintenance cost.
3. Can any business use this?
It was specifically designed for small to medium size freight forwarding business, but however, a normal courier business can adapt to it easily. A business only needs to watch the video for 15 minutes to undertsand how it works or read the documentation .
The developers are on standby to help with any issues. We originally developed this system for our small freight company and then found that this is the solution others need for a proper scalable system.
4. How can this system help my freight business?
A freight forwarder's basic business relationship with it's customer will depend on good customer service, accurate billing, speed of delivery and tracking. 5. Will BTD and MCA be actively maintained?
Do not forget the developer is a freight forwarding business and use the same system for it's own customers. Aside this, BTD and MCA are seperate hosted platforms of their own with their own users. It is our company obligation to serve our customers to the best. BTD and MCA will be actively maintained, if there is any reason why that wont happen again, we will issue 1 year notice to all users but please dont worry, this is our passion firstly before business.
6. What happens to my data?
We are UK based business and bound by it's data protection laws, our system is highly secured but it is also true that users do their best to secure their own data. There are different options to back up your own data in csv from your own account.
We can easily migrate your data from BTD to MCA as they run on different plaforms.
Your data will not be shared with any third party. On leaving our ystem which we would imagine it will be for something better, you can request for data to be deleted which cannot be undone.
